Dr. Mike Bartley, Founder and CEO

Mike Bartley has a PhD in Mathematics from Bristol University, an MSc in Software Engineering and an MBA from the Open University, and over 20 years of experience in software testing and hardware verification. He has built and managed state-of-the-art test and verification teams in a number of companies (including STMicroelectronics, Infineon and Elixent/Panasonic) who still use the methodologies he established. Most recently he established TVS and has worked with a number of companies on the test and verification needs.

Mike Benjamin, TVS Associate

Mike Benjamin has an MA in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge, an MSc in Computation from Oxford and over 25 years of industrial experience. He most recently managed the UK IP verification team for ST-Ericsson where he also coordinated IP verification across the 3G phone business. Previously Mike lead the STMicroelectronics multinational verification group of 30 to 40 graduates, responsible for driving advanced verification methodology and central services such as emulation and formal methods. Mike provides hardware verification consultancy and management services for TVS clients.

Andy Sturges, TVS Associate

Andy Sturges has a BEng in Computer System Engineering from the University of Kent, and over 20 years of wide ranging experience within the consumer electronics industry: from chief architect for the development of microprocessors to the management of software development and hardware verification engineering teams. He has a wide breadth of knowledge and technical skills across both embedded software and hardware, together with a good understanding of the commercial aspects of the consumer semiconductor industry. Andy provides consultancy and management services in software testing and hardware verification for TVS clients.
